You can begin your email/letter with:
Formal Informal
  • Dear Sir/Madam: (Dear + Recipent´s last name)
  • Dear Mr./Mrs. Johnson:
  • Good Morning, Mr. Johnson:
  • To whom it may concern,
  • Hi / Hello Eva: (Informal. Hi / Hello+ Recipent´s first name)

You can end it with:
